It sports a hardened glass 2.8-inch touchscreen at 640&#215;480 resolution. Of course it comes with signature (and now improved) Blackberry full QWERTY keypad. It had built-in media buttons (play, volume, etc) and a dedicated camera button. The 5MP camera also support HD video capture. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.2GHz processor powers this smartphone, and it sports 8GB internal memory.</p><p>The Bold 9900 will be the first to arrive running BlackBerry 7OS, a new responsive UI (termed as LiquidGraphics), and supports NFC (Near Field Communications) as well. It also has built-in support for augmented reality type of applications (think Google Goggles).</p><p>We were not told about any release date or prices for Singapore. <a

The  Xperia ray is only 9.4mm thick, has a 3.3&#8243; screen (supported by the BRAVIA graphics engine), and runs the Android 2.3 &#8216;Gingerbread&#8217; OS.
