We got our hands on the HTC Wildfire and quickly do a first look before it left our hands. The new HTC Wildfire will be available from 10 July 2010 in Singapore at all authorized resellers in three colours, Phantom Black, Flamenco Red and Pure White at a suggested retail price of $498+.

This week we take a look at a relatively older phone running on a newer OS, the HTC Touch Pro 2 with the Windows Mobile 6.5 update. We finally get to show you the Touch Pro 2 after the Touch Diamond2 episode, and explain some of the cool things we like about this admittedly huge phone.

After a few weeks on break, Gear65 is back! This time we’re taking a look at the HTC Hero! Remember how we were excited about the HTC TouchFlo3D UI when it first came out? Well, we’re excited again this time with their new HTC Sense concept on the Android platform! So naturally we have a longer episode this time split into two parts.

Justin and Justin each bought an HTC Hero, the highly anticipated Android phone from HTC, and we had the opportunity to unbox it together!

Daniel and Justin were at the HTC Hero launch in Singapore and give a sneak preview on what to expect from HTC’s latest Android phone. So far I’m quite impressed by the phone. As you can see by the video, HTC created some really useful fully featured widgets like SMS, email and calendar clients that let you read your SMSes emails and events from the home screen like you would on a HTC Touch Windows Mobile phone. It’s like a “build-your-own” HTC TouchFlo.

The phone will be available in brown and white from mid September on all three carriers in Singapore for a suggested retail price of S$898.
