There are 4 major differences – The Nikon 1 V1 is made of a magnesium body; it has a electronic viewfinder with 1.44 million dots resolution; a horse shoe for external peripheral devices like a flash, GPS, or microphone; a mechanical shutter. Nikon 1 J1 has a crop factor of 2.7, comes with 4 modes – Smart Photo Selector, Motion Snapshots, Movie Recording, Normal Shoot Mode. It has an impressive fast shooting up to 60fps and amazing autofocus.
Available in Singapore around end of October.

All the specifications are the same except for the sleek body and weight of 560g. We also go through briefly all the various accessories available for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
