The Motorola ET1 Enterprise Tablet comes with a 1GHz dual core with 1GB RAM and 4GB Flash + 4GB microSD (expandable to 32GB), a proprietary charging port, removable hot-swappable battery. The device is built to be sturdy with Corning Gorilla Glass, 7″ 1024×600 resolution at 0.63kg, IP54 sealed, MIL-STD-810G drop test, so you’re assured for having a rugged device.
The Motorola ET1 Enterprise Tablet runs Android 2.3.4 with several security and encryption enhancements, bundled together with Motorola Mobility Services Platform (MSP) for enterprise management. It also comes with multi-user support and RhoElements framework support.
The Motorla ET1 Enterprise Tablet will be be available before the end of 2011 at a list price of USD$1,535 (bulk price available).
Additional accessories like the mag stripe reader and barcode scanners will be made available early 2012.
