Some of you actually asked me how our “Making of Gear65” video was recorded, so in a totally meta moment, I’m going to show you my set up, as well as the software that was involved in recording that “Making of” video. Enjoy, and hope you learnt something new!

Hi Daniel,

I just started to play with BoinxTV SE edition. I want to live stream my video to the internet via uStream. Can you let me know if you live stream and if so, what setup do you have and is there additional software I need to install to accomplish this?

  You can try using CamTwist. This program creates a virtual webcam. You can use it to capture the preview window and stream it to Ustream, although the quality is only 320 by 240. Just google Camtwist for mac.
