Here’s a Microsoft blog dedicated to Windows 7 development:

From what I understand, Windows 7 is going to be much better than Vista in terms of usability. I haven’t used Vista myself, but from the articles from the blog, it seems the developers put in a lot of thought into the design. So I’ll be a fresh start for the Vista/7 look.

There’s also another podcast I listen to where the presenters talked about Windows Azure:
