65bits Episode 71: Apple puts the I in SIA Posted on: May 18, 2008 at 12:09 pm Posted in: 65Bits,Podcasts

In this week’s sum up of the eternal chess game between Microsoft and Apple, Microsoft is definitely overwhelmed with only the king, queen, two bishops, and a castle left, surrounded by just about the entire back row of Apple’s white pieces. Apple’s cornered the royal couple, but Microsoft turned the tables… well turned the stool around by moving the bishops smack in front, segregating the XP market from the Vista market. Fantastic move in delaying Apple’s deadly advances. In addition one of Apple’s pawns seem to have gone off his route, possibly dropping valuable hints on the successors of Apple’s queen. Both castles advancing at full speed ahead with confirmations of the iPhone in Asia in H2. Black-square knight is still negotiating with Singapore’s favorite Big Fat Green carrier, so the BFG says. White-square knight made a surprise hard right putting Apple’s eternal I into Singapore’s favorite kebaya-clad carrier (nobles only please).

To find out what the hell all of that meant, listen to this week’s episode of 65bits, brought to you by our enthusiastic listeners. Yup, including you.

Daniel the King, Jerrick the Queen, and Farinelli the Black-square PR Bishop

This week’s episode brought to you by EasySafe, Win a copy of Easysafe with a comment in our post!

This week’s episode with only two men and no booze, comes with much news, such as that of Microsoft losing interest in its hot fling, Yahoo. Expensive and yet totally desirable tech from Lenovo, HTC and Apple shows up on our desks and we cannot help but drool all over our keyboards. We are also in awe of Robots and Local researchers that bring us good tidings. Tis a great time to be alive, and geeking out before we die of too much American junk food.

We Love YOU GTAIV,
Niko Bellic and Roman Bellic.

65Bits Episode 69.5: Rasterbation and Holes Posted on: May 7, 2008 at 3:05 pm Posted in: 65Bits,Podcasts

Tech65 has Phoebe from Edelman, DK from Blog2U, and Sabrina helping Gavin from Fleishman & Hillard to thank, for inviting us to the Samsung AV Roadshow 2008 (and Mobile too, although that was discussed last episode), GT/CISCO collaboration press event, and the ultra-glam Scarlet event respectively. In this very berry extremely zomgwtfbbqkthxbye special episode, Farinelli, Daniel and NTT talk about what went on in these three events.

In the interest of keeping this episode from being an uber-dull run through of every darn item and its specs, we have skimmed through them to bring you the various products’ one outstanding feature. Should you wish to find out more about any product mentioned in this episode, please email farinelli[at]tech65[.]org and he will be glad to try to answer your question(s) with as much information as the press kits provide.
