Pre-5th Sept anxiety: The 3rd Gen iPod Nano? [PIC]

This article appeared on Digg today. It’s a very legit looking picture of what seems to be the next iPod nano to be announced this thursday morning. We talked about such an iPod (i.e. the form factor) a while back in Episode 36 of 65 bits and how it doesn’t really make sense, but now that I saw this photo, it makes more sense to me. It matches the user interface that was leaked (check out episode 32)

I feel that the hardware is possible. But the interface? Hmmm… won’t the text be too small to read?

Actually, to me the screen looks bigger than the old nano. So I guess its not too small. But, maybe too small if they want to stupport videos.

I don’t think they’ll support video on this one. Just a more visual user interface. I think the next iPod iPod will use that iphone without the phone thing. Come to think about it, I have a bad feeling that there won’t be an iPod iPod this wednesday…
